Introduce for Quality System
一、质保体系情况：
1. 永鑫公司的质量方针是：质量至上，满足市场；服务到位，满足顾客。
质量目标是：成品一次送检合格率：95％；顾客满意率：80％。
2. 永鑫公司已于1995年5月通过了ISO9001质保体系认证，并于2010 年通过了换证审核，制定了质量手册及完整的程序文件。目前已经取得ISO9001-2008版的质量管理体系证书。
3.本公司设有独立的质量管理部，直属公司总经理和管理者代表领导，拥有一支专职检验、试验队伍，负责公司全部产品的质量检验和质量控制。
4.本公司还取得了ISO14001/GB/T24001环境管理体系证书和GB/T28001职业健康安全管理体系证书，以及ISO3834.2焊接管理体系证书。
☆、Q.A.system :
1.Quality guideline:develop market according to good quality and gain the client according to good service.
Quality aim:finished product:check out（pass）95% to finished product ;Client approval rate:80%.
2.On May 18th,1995, we obtained “ISO9001” ,approved again in 2010 and have make the whole quality documents. We have obtained ISO9001-2000 edition Quality Manage System Certificate.
3.We have a unattached quality manage department with a inspection&testing group,leaded directly by general manager and supervisor.They are responsible for all product inspection and quality control.
4.Now we have obtained “ISO 14001”, GB/T28001,and ISO3834.2
二、质量控制：
1. 产品设计按《设计控制》文件进行设计控制及设计评审，设计依据按美国 EJMA 标准或 GB150标准。
2. 产品原料按《质量检验与控制规定》文件进行实物控制，原料标准按 GB3280 标准或JIS G 4305 标准控制，或顾客要求的欧盟标准等。
3. 配件按《质量检验与控制规定》文件进行实物控制，配件标准按 JB/T81 标准或顾客指定的标准。
4. 波纹管（非金属柔性织物）制作及质量控制按 GB/T12777 标准或 YBJ-2000-01标准执行。
5. 质量管理按质量管理体系有关文件进行质量管理控制。
6. 有特殊要求的产品或重大工程项目以及新试产品，可按顾客使用工况以及设计院要求，制订《检验大纲》及《工艺大纲》对配件、原料、制作工艺及成品进行全面的质量控制。
☆、Quality Control:
1.We design product according to EJMA standard and GB150 standard,control and check and approve under “design control”document.
2.The raw material is controlled according to GB3280 standard or JIS G 4305 standard under inspection and control document or meet the customer requirements.
3.The fitting is controlled according to JB/T81 standard or client’s required standard.
4.Bellow(insulation) is controlled according to GB/T12777 standard or YBJ-2000-01.
5.Quality management is controlled according to quality management system documents.
6.If there are special requirement or great project or new product,then we can completely control to fittings,raw materials,process,finished product according to inspection outline or process outline under client and design academe’s requirement.
三、质量文件：
向顾客提供以下文件资料:
1. 主要承压材料质保书或复验报告；
2. 膨胀节（非金属补偿器）总成检验报告；
5. 膨胀节试验报告（包括压力试验、X射线报告等）；
6. 膨胀节（非金属补偿器）产品安装指南。
☆、Quality document(main)
1. Certificate of Materials bearing pressure.
2. Inspection&Testing report(pressure testing and X-ray testing etc).
3. Installation manual.
四、膨胀节检验手段：
1. 渗透检漏：用渗透液及白色显示粉对焊缝进行渗透检漏，经30分钟渗透试验，无渗漏为合格。渗透标准按 GB/T12777 标准执行。
2. PT或MT探伤：用探伤剂对焊缝及被检件进行无损探伤，表面无伤痕为合格。着色探伤标准按：JB/T 9218 渗透探伤方法 标准执行。
3. RT或UT探伤：用RT或UT探伤机对焊缝进行无损探伤，探伤比例：或按用户要求的比例，探伤标准按：GB3323标准 或JB4730 标准执行，或顾客要求的欧盟标准等。
4. 表面检验：用目视对膨胀节表面进行检验，按：GB/T12777 、永技标01- 2001 或YBJ-2000-01标准执行。还可按照ISO3834.2标准进行VT检查。
5. 装配质量检验：用计量器具对膨胀节（非金属补偿器）的装配质量进行检验，按设计院设计的图纸执行或按 GB/T12777 标准、永技标 01 - 2001或 YBJ-2000-01标准执行。
☆、Inspection&testing method.
1.P.T.:with penetrating liquid and displaying powder through 30 minutes according to GB/T12777 standard. No penetrating is pass.
2.R.T.: with colorant according to JB/T 9218 standard.No scar is pass.
3.X-ray testing:with x-ray /ut instrument according to GB3323 standard or JB4730 standard.testing 20～100％ or meet client European standard requirement. .
4.surface inspection:with eyes according to GB/T12777 standard,YongJiBiao 01- 2001 standard,YBJ-2000-01 standard.And VT inspect in accordance with ISO3834.2.
5.fitting inspection:with meter according to drawing or YongJiBiao 01- 2001 standard,YBJ-2000-01 standard.
五、膨胀节耐压试验手段：
1. 气压试验：根据设计院的设计要求，对膨胀节进行气密性试验,试验压力为：1.2 PN，按 GB/T12777 标准执行。
2. 水压试验：根据设计院的设计要求，对膨胀节进行强度试验，试验压力为：1.5 PN，按 GB/T12777 标准执行。
☆、Pressure testing:
1. air pressure test:test pressure is 1.2 times to working pressure according to GB/T12777.
2. hydraulic pressure test: test pressure is 1.5 times to working pressure according to GB/T12777.
六、设计保证：
本公司膨胀节设计按美国膨胀节协会《EJMA》标准或YBJ-2000-01标准进行设计，从不同设计角度做出设计方案，选择最优方案作为最终设计方案，产品的设计性能符合 GB/T12777 标准或 YBJ-2000-01标准执行。
☆、design assurance
We design according to EJMA standard or YBJ-2000-01 standard. And we can do the design plan through different side,after will select the optimization plan. The design capability of product meet GB/T12777 standard or YBJ-2000-01 standard.
七、售后服务：
售后服务方针：有求必应、应必有果、处理及时、保证满意。
服务内容：为用户提供产品选型、产品安装、使用和维护的技术咨询或现场服务。
服务能力：本市24小时到现场，外地48小时到现场。

八、质量承诺：
我们提供给顾客的产品（在规定的质保期内）本公司作出郑重的承诺：由于本公司产品本身质量有问题，我们将负责给予修复、退换或退货。并依法酌情赔偿顾客的经济损失。
